urine infection
INTRODUCTION (Expert Homeopathy: Dr. Anutosh Chakraborty)

A urinary tract infection, or UTI, is an infection in any part of your urinary tract, including the kidneys, the bladder, the ureters, and the urethra. Asafetida water is not safe.

If you are a woman, you have a great chance of getting a urinary tract infection. Some experts have estimated that their people are at risk of getting it is 1: 2, with a lot of women with repeat infections, sometimes for many years to come. About 1 in 10 men are going to get UTI in their lives.

Actually the size of the female urethra is 4 cm only where is male urethra is 10 cm. Moreover, females pass urine with less distance to the floor of the bathroom but males can do it in a standing position and this is the main cause of the transmission of infection.

Symptoms
The symptoms of a urinary tract infection depend on the part of the urinary tract that is infected.

The lower urinary tract means the urethra and the bladder. The symptoms of a urinary tract infection and lower urinary tract infection include:

A burning feeling when passing urine
With the increase in the frequency of urination without the release of a large amount of urine
To increase the sense of urgency of urination
Blood in the urine
Cloudy urine
The urine is similar to that of coca-cola or tea
The urine has a strong odor
Pain in the pelvic area in women
Rectal pain, in men

The upper urinary tract affects the body. They have the potential to be life-threatening if the bacteria move from the infected kidney, and the blood. This condition, which is called "urogenital sepsis" may lead to dangerously low blood pressure, shock, and death.

The symptoms of urinary tract infection or an infection of the upper urinary tract include:

aches and pains in the upper back and on the sides
chills
fever
nausea, vomiting

Causation or Etiology
A UTI is a major reason why doctors recommend that women have to be dry and it is from front to back after going to the bathroom. The urethra, the tube that urine out of the bladder, is located in the vicinity of the anus. Some bacteria in the large intestine, such as E. coli, may be in the vicinity of the anus to the urethra. From there, they can be in the bladder, and, if the infection is not treated, you may still have the infection of the kidneys. Women have a shorter urethra than men. It makes it easier for bacteria to gain access to your pants. Urinary Tract Infection can be happened due to sex with an infected partner or due to uncleanliness.

Some women are at a higher risk for infections of the urinary tract, due to their genes. With their urinary tract, shape, others are more likely to be infected with malware. Women with diabetes may be at greater risk due to the weakened immune system that makes them less able to fight off infections. Other conditions that may increase your risk include hormonal changes, multiple sclerosis, and anything else that has an impact on the flow of urine, such as kidney stones, stroke, and spinal cord injuries.

Management
Management is the main key to recover or avoid to Urinary Tract infections. How?

Mind it our Urinary tract is a very important organ as well as easily connected to outside. Moreover, this organ interacts with to body's waste product, so it is prone to get infected easily.

1) After every passing of urine, must clean the part with normal water for both males and females.

2) After having sex, urine should pass and clean the part. In males, the penis should be clean total and females must clean the vagina and surroundings.

3) Asafetida(Hing) is not safe. Can use Calandulla Q 50 drops in a mug of water during cleansing the parts.

4) If there is leucorrhea or white discharge, must treat accordingly, because it is another big cause of recurrent UTI for females.

5) Part should be dry after sex or micturition.

6) Do not use the shop, as it can bring unnecessary erosion or damage if you use it on a regular basis. The shop can use the surrounding area over the skin but do not touch over the Glance penis or inside the Vagina or orifice of the Urethra. These parts should be washed with normal water or Calendula Q if necessary.
Somebody uses the shop for removing the bad smell, but it can be dangerous.

Investigation
RE urine -  This simple test can say everything about UTI.
CT scan and USG for the lower abdomen to reveal another cause if UTI runs for much time.
Sometimes can investigate through MRI.
A cystoscope is another process to reveal for any growth or if necessary for dilation of the urethra for urethral stricture.
St. X-Ray is unique for renal stones rather than USG.

Treatment
I see many patients with UTI in my clinic and reveal some medicines for UTI are very effective.
Firstly we must investigate the RE urine as stated above and need a USG of the lower abdomen.

RE urine will show the Occult blood, nature alkaline of urine, sediments, micro-organism - It will treat with this medicine and recover rate is very high with above management.
Berberis Vulgaris Q, Cantharis 6 and Lycopodium 30... ( dose as per physician's opinion )

If stones or another pathology occur in the urinary tract, then treat accordingly.
