The patient came with an MRI report which was revealed Pituitary adenoma with some vision problems and headache
CLINICAL EXAMINATION
BP: 170/102 mm of Hg
PULSE: 68/mints
Anemia - No
Jaundice - No
Edema - No
Chest - Clear
Heart- S1 & S2 Audible( R )
Tongue - Whitish in the middle
Thirst - Moderate
Face - Anxious
GENERAL HISTORY
H/O: HTN, Steroid for skin disease, long-term Antacid and Laxative for Gas & Acid
Appetite - Less / Irregular
Sleep - Normal
Stool- Constipated
Urine - Normal
Perspiration- +++
Gas & Acid- +++ and patient complaining that sour and Metallic taste starts in every
morning and continue for a whole day with fullness of abdomen for last 10 years.
Complexion - Somewhat fair
Face - Anxious
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
On Palpation
Abdomen tender
Rigid
The liver did not palpate at that moment
IPS ++
A little rise of Temperature
MEDICATION
First prescription on 20-12-2018
1] Ruta 6/10ml
2 drops twice daily before breakfast and evening for three months
2] Calcarea Phosphoricum 3X/25 mg
4 tabs twice daily before lunch and dinner for three months
Advice for CT scan of brain
Second prescription on 01-04-2019
Tumor was reduced in size and no associated symptoms, no headache or flickering in eyes
No change in medicines except addition of one medicine for gas and constipation
1] Ruta 6/10ml
2 drops twice daily before breakfast and evening for three months
2] Calcarea Phosphoricum 3X/25 mg
4 tabs twice daily before lunch and dinner for three months
3] Chelidonium Majas 6X/10ml
2 drops twice daily along with 2nd medicine for three months
Third prescription on 10-08-2019
No Complaints. Repeat same medicines in same manners for 6 months
Fourth prescription on 08-04-2020
Some medicines were advised for 2 months and advice for MRI 3T
Fifth prescription on 07-06-2020
MRI revealed no tumor at all.
Repeat same medicine for 2 months more and patient was cured in harmless way.
