Impotence or Erectile dysfunction and wayout


Erectile dysfunction is a  common problem among men characterized by the persisting inability to sustain an erection sufficient for sexual activity or the lack to realize ejaculation, or both. Impotence can vary. It might involve a complete inability to realize an erection or ejaculation, an inconsistent ability to try to to so, or a bent to only very brief erections.

The risk of impotence increases with age. The victim is men in their 60s compared with those in their 40s. 

Those men are under educated they are more likely to experience impotence, perhaps because they have a tendency to possess less healthy lifestyles, eat a less healthy diet, drink more, and exercise less.

Causes of Erectile dysfunction 

  • High cholesterol

  • High vital sign

  • Obesity

  • Metabolic syndrome

  • Parkinson's disease

  • Substance abuse

  • Sleep disorders

  • BPH treatments

  • Relationship problems

  • Vascular diseases (such as peripheral vascular disease and others)

  • Medications (such as vital sign and heart medications)

Now a days we have seen, there are many youth from 18 years onwards come with their Erectile dysfunction, not only that, some young married men come with same problem and it is occurred frequently.

It is not expecting that, they belong to this health problem. Some environmental factor and abuse of sexual organ is the responsible for this condition.

  • Abstinent of sexual excess like masturbation or physical relationship
  • Do not take much protein like red meet, eggs, spices, fast food etc.

  • Should intake 4 litters water everyday

  • Should take vegetable abundantly

  • If any medical condition like STD confirmed, go to physician

  • Do not take any sex power increaser

  • Do not sex under age

  • Try to take right decision by own or with the help of educated guardian or from physician, in this way,, can rid of depression, tension and anxiety
