Carcinoma and Sarcoma

Carcinoma

Carcinoma should be a malignancy that involve in epithelial cells. Specifically, a carcinoma / cancer that begins when tissue's mutation starts that lines the inner or outer surfaces of the body, which arises from cells originating in three layers of embryonic tissue during embryogenesis.

  • Endodermal - most inner layer
  • Mesodermal - between endo and ectodermal
  • Ectodermal - outer layer
Carcinoma

Carcinomas occur when the DNA of a cell is broken or altered and therefore the cell begins to grow uncontrollably and become malignant and there are lack or damage to DNA nucleobases. They are,

  • Adenine
  • Guanine
  • Cytosine
  • Thymine

Sarcoma

Leukemia should be a group of blood cancers (better to say, blood sarcoma) that sometimes begin within the bone marrow and end in high numbers of abnormal blood cells where DNA found. The Red corpuscles and especially white cells in blood can not fully develop and are called blasts or leukemia cells. A leukemia patient gives symptoms such as

  • Bleeding - because BT and CT is very low for these patients
  • Bruising - same cause and due to immature cell mutation
  • Feeling tired - because of anemia and anoxia (lack of O2 supply in body due to immature red corpuscles)
  • Fever - it is due to defective cell morphology and susceptibility to infection
  • Infections - it is very common for leukemia patient, because immunity power is very low, CRP may show high every time

These like symptoms should happen because of lack of matured blood cells. Diagnosis is usually made by blood tests or bone marrow biopsy.

Sarcoma

The exact explanation for leukemia is unknown. A mixture of genetic factors and environmental (non-inherited) factors may involve, here, Some risk factors such as

  • Smoking
  • Radiation
  • Harmful chemicals (such as benzene)
  • Prior chemotherapy
  • Mongolism

There are four main sorts of leukemia

  • Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL)
  • Acute chronic myelocytic leukemia (AML)
  • Chronic leukemia (CLL)
  • Chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML)

Treatment may involve some modern therapy and supportive care and palliative care as required, Homeopathy is one of the renound pathy, can fight with leukemia as well. Certain sorts of leukemia could also be managed with watchful waiting. The success of treatment depends on the sort of leukemia and therefore the age of the person. Outcomes have improved within the developed world. Five-year survival rate is 57% within the us. In children under 15, the five-year survival rate is bigger than 60% or maybe 90%, counting on the sort of leukemia. In children with leukemia who are cancer-free after five years, the cancer is unlikely to return.

Difference between Carcinoma and Sarcoma

When many cells mix together, then called tissue. There are four types of tissue in human body, such as

  • Epithelial tissue
  • Connective tissue
  • Nerve tissue
  • Muscle tissue
When immature cells found and growth uncontrol in epithelial tissue, then it is call Carcinoma.
When immature cells found and growth uncontrollably in connective tissue like blood, bone etc., then it is called Sarcoma.

Main cause of cancer morphologically

When DNA mutate, there involves four nucleobases such as Adenine, Guanine, Cytosine and Thymine.
In which Adenine and Guanine is purine based and Cytosine and Thymine is pyrimidine based. These nucleotides form a phosphodiester bond.

When missing or damage to bond then immaturity of cells occurred, and these cells are not active to migrate, so deposit in a fixed position and turn into growth.

Here one of tumor protein P53 comes for damage control, but when there is in the body lacking of Anti-oxidant and free radicals the P53 does not make it sufficiently and the result is overgrowth here and there, this term is known as cancer.

Precaution

  • Need to avoid any harmful things which can be danger to your health
  • Food must include plenty of green vegetables which give antioxidants, free radicals which will enhance P53 proteins and make a roll to established P53
  • Intake plenty of water
  • Must take fruits in your daily diet
  • To avoid sedentary life
